Intel Data Platform Group Quality, Sustaining and Security Assurance team is responsible for End-to-End Security Assurance Strategy for Intel Server Platforms. The Security Assurance team proactively focuses on security assurance and research to establish and maintain trust in Intel Products, Services and Platforms. The team follows the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) as a reference to help drive high-quality security outcomes in product and services development at Intel.
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Secure design development and operation of Intel hardware and software products and services
May include threat assessments design of security components and vulnerability assessment
Ensures products conform to standards and specifications
Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur
Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education judgment and formal processes
Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art security principles theories attacks
May participate in development of intellectual property
Requires thorough knowledge of security practices procedures and capabilities to perform non-repetitive analytical work
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience through internships or academic work in:
Threat modeling
Security code review analysis and vulnerability assessment
Reverse engineering skills
Exploitation and mitigation technique developments
Security testing techniques including fuzzing and pen-testing
BIOS, Firmware, and Drivers
