You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Creating, defining, and developing system validation environment and test suites.
Use and apply emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec.
Development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
Interface with Architecture, Design, and Post-silicon Validation teams in improving test content and providing feedback for future debug features.
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related or a Bachelor of Arts with engineering course work and internships.
6 months+ experience in the following areas through coursework, internships, or direct industry related:
Low-level debugging skills that enable the root causing of issues cross hardware firmware and Operating System levels
ITP and Cscript development
PythonSV and/or programming with Python
Dump and its analysis
Capability to work within a team environment facing fast changing requirements and complicated stakeholders
