The hiring process in a leading tech company requires detailed and effective processes in order to allow great candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role, you will take a meaningful part in this mission by:
Owning the process & transactional tasks, and maintain the hygiene of all requisitions, supporting the lead to hire activities for all profiles on both the CRM and ATS systems.
Being motivated by structure and order in your work, with great attention to detail. You will drive compliance in the hiring team while adhering to and educating people on rules and systems.
Seeking to make the process as efficient and effective as possible across the entire organization as we experience across a broader segment of hiring.
Being a partner end to end, truly maximizing your process knowledge to enable the Recruiters/Sourcers to engage more actively with the candidates and hiring managers.
Studying towards a recognized degree- BA/MA, with at least 4 semesters left till graduation
Ability to work 4 days a week
Experience (2+ years) and interest in administrative roles
High attention and desire for details, working in a structured manner
Ability to track multiple tasks and response in a timely manner
High level of English- written and spoken
Great team work and ability to build trust
Knowledge in Excel, ATS, CRM- advantage
