Talent Coordinator

Job Description

o You must be able to work as part of a team, servicing internal clients and external candidates.

o You must be able to prioritize, multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

o Detail orientation, quality of delivery, and effective communication with all levels is required.

Your challenge:

As a Talent Coordinator you will have the pivotal role of ensuring high quality in our day to day hiring processes by supporting both the recruiter and the sourcer. You will be performing various administrative and back office activities important for the process which include tasks such as:

o Support lead to hire activities for all hiring profiles on Applicant Tracking System systems.

o Collect, manage data and identify trends related to key stages of the hiring process.

o Analyze and provide reports in support of hiring to the Talent Acquisition functions.

o Post requisitions to relevant job boards/channels per Sourcing plan.

o Facilitate requisition status management.

o Disposition candidates in ATS based on relevant triggers from hiring managers, recruiters, or sourcers.

o Support the job offer process - system related tasks, follow up and tracking.

o Provide post offer support to candidates. This includes on-boarding & engagement with various stakeholders, among others.

o Be a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and the Post Offer Support teams to ensure flawless execution between the hiring and onboarding process.


Technical, BS or Lic degree in Human Resources or Psychology

3+ months of supporting hiring processes for TD technicians and Engineers hires.

Advanced English level, written and verbal communication.
