Temporary Talent Coordinator

Job Description

Our Talent Coordinator will work closely with our Recruiters and Sourcers to enable a more active engagement with candidates and hiring managers in support of our fastpaced organization.

You will be responsible for the efficient process execution and transaction support for other stakeholders in compliance with the Global Talent Acquisition guidelines.

The Talent Coordinator is a critical partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System ATS and the main hub of the daily operations of our endtoend staffing process from a requisition posting to a new employees first day of work.

Some of the main tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure timely data management
  • Communicate requisitions and/or hiring process status
  • Audit and manage requisition records from job postings to workflow steps
  • Support pre and postoffer processes and/or changes
  • Offer development and delivery support
  • Candidate disposition in ATS
  • Navigate a variety of challenges that may arise throughout the day to help resolve complex issues

**Please note this is a temporary position and contract will end on Dec 31st 2021.


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements

  • The candidate must be pursuing (advanced student) or has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field OR 5 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of experience working with USA Multinational Companies
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office products to manipulate, interpret, construct and format reports and presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications: 

6 months of experience in the following areas:

  • Recruiting and sourcing
  • Full life cycle recruiting
  • Smashfly Candidate Management System
  • Workday Candidate Tracking System
