Accounting SCC Administrative Assistant

Job Description

- This role performs various administrative and project related activities in support of the Shared Service Center (SSC) Controller, SSC Accounting Controller, and SSC staff. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following;
Organizing and managing complex calendar schedules for managers and group.
Tracking coordination of action plans, Department objectives & planning of department or operational meeting
Scheduling meetings and events with senior internal and external stakeholders
Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
Providing support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition
Maintaining organizational charts, public distribution lists and group contact lists
Supporting office administration with associated tasks ordering office supplies, food orders, travel, Face to Face logistics
Creating solutions and providing support to stream line the operation and delivery of the Shared Service Center.
Assist with issuing and tracking purchase orders and budgetary categories
Assignments are diverse in nature and may require coordination across global teams. Strong action Orientation & Partnership is a must.


- 2+ years of experience performing similar roles supporting large teams, people teams; and owning global roles.
-Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to detail.
-Advanced level of expertise on Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated skills on arts and generation of professional material for vice president level presentations/ logos/ materials.
- Advanced English Level - capable to take roles from senior administrative support outside Costa Rica and deliver results remotely.
-Must be a highly self-motivated professional capable of managing complex organizational support needs e.g.: calendaring, travel needs when managers/team travel globally
-Ability to work professionally with team members, other senior and executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.
