Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

Accelerate introduction & sale of Intel technology into the retail market place by establishing CxO, category team relationships with the leading Online Player in India. The RSM role requires a very strong business management acumen along with an in-depth understanding of the organized retail market in India E-Tail, LFRs & SFRs. The RSM will be a commissioned sales person responsible for all levels of account management with our Retail Partners including growing Intel units and revenue, managing, jointly executing marketing / merchandising / training strategies. RSM are responsible for negotiating and administering our contra revenue agreements and collaborating with our OEM and ecosystem partners on sell-in and sell-through initiative for iA based computing devices.

  • MBA from premier institute
  • From Ecommerce company or managing a ecommerce player as a customer – Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Consumer Products
  • Excellent Soft skills


Qualifications

The candidate should be an MBA with Retail/ Consumer specific sales & marketing with 8- 14Yrs of work experience across Consumer Electronics/ IT/Telecom /Retail segments with a strong ability to analyze market trends, data & should be able to fit into the culture of Intel and deliver across Intel value as separately laid out.
