The Datacenter Graphics Products Group within the Graphics and Throughput Computing Hardware Engineering (GTCHE) organization, which is part of the IAGS (Intel Architecture, Graphics and Software) Supergroup, is responsible for the development of discrete Graphics and AI SoCs for Datacenter applications. We are looking for a SoC Front-End Design Manager/Lead with the following responsibilities.
o Lead a team of engineers working in the domain of Subsystem/SoC RTL design of Discrete Graphics SoCs
o Take care of staffing, technical guidance and talent grooming for the team
o Single point of contact to management and other functional teams
o Guide the team in design scoping, planning and execution of all team owned deliverables
o Coordinate with SoC design, arch and program leads for team owned deliverables
o Drive design methodology improvements for the domains that the team owns
o Opportunity to contribute towards path findings or enhancements in SoC design/uarch. domains
o MS in EE/CSE with 15+ years of prior experience working on Microprocessor/ASIC SoCs RTL Design
o Prior managerial experience of leading a decent sized team
o Proven track record as a technical lead owning complex IP/SS/SoC designs
o Experience in SoC RTL integration domain with good understanding of different QC flows (Lint, CDC, LP, etc.)
o Prior experience working with Backend/Structural design, DfT, Performance teams
o Knowhow of typical ASIC/SoC debug features and their uarch/design details would be an asset
o Exposure to high-speed IO designs (PCIe, DDR, HBM etc.) would be an asset
