Lab Automation Engineer

As a Lab Automation Engineer your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

• Integrates, tests, installs, configures and supports network equipment with a focus on Cisco.
• Coordinates customer requirements to automation capabilities and recommends technical solutions. 
• Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet customer and support needs like systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.

In addition the ideal candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree in Computer Science or any other related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in:

• Computer networks including layer 3 routing focusing on Cisco.
• OS system administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience in supporting and/or engineering complex network environments.
• Ansible Automation experience.
• Scripting skills for example: Bash, Python, Powershell etc.
• Broad knowledge across IT infrastructure stack and modern technologies.
• Experience with Configuration Management, Containers and Monitoring solutions.
