TMG SP Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Technology & Manufacturing Strategic Planning (SP) team incorporates Factory Strategic Space, Capacity and Capital Planning to define what our plans and their associated capital equipment will look like to achieve our long-term manufacturing objectives.

The TMG (Technology & Manufacturing Group) SP Capital Operations team is responsible for the Long Range Plan (LRP) execution for the fabs, the ownership of capital reporting and planning for all the fabs, coordination of capital assets from reuse, new platform introduction, and long-term strategy.

This TMG SP Industrial Engineering role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Learning new systems and understanding capacity and demand planning functions.
  • Effective communication to all levels of management in concise executive summaries.
  • Strong project management skills, data analysis skills, coordinating and influencing continuous productivity efforts, Model of Record (MOR) updates, new platform insertion.
  • Embraces change and fosters an approach of thinking differently about current business processes and systems.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering degree with 6+ months of capacity/project management experience.
  • 1+ years of capacity or process experience.
