Job Description
Responsible for design and development of engaging user experiences for a variety of applications. Responsible for designing information structures and navigation, task flows, and wireframes with view descriptions specifying the detailed content and behavior. Responsible for conducting interviews and ethnographic studies to support detailed application development. Familiar with Experimental Design Methods, Ethnography methods, Probability and Statistical processes to engage Contextual inquiry. Evaluates and tests new UI designs to inject feedback quickly back to the development process. Works with paper-prototypes, demos, and real products to create tangible UX Mock ups, measures usability and is able to articulate UX research results into design requirements. Maintains substantial knowledge of UX principles and theories. May lead research efforts and participate in and lead interdepartmental UX activities.
