Job Description
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the company compensation and/or benefits programs. Prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits. Monitors and evaluates the company's benefits programs. Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$245,030.00-$440,920.00
