Qualifications
Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in relevant field or any discipline.
Additional requirement includes:
� Good leadership skills
� Experience in managing people preferred.
� Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
� Strong analytical skills and project management
� Willing to work in shift (12 hours a day, 4 consecutive days of work followed by 3 consecutive off days)
� Ability to drive indicators and work independently with less supervision.
� Good stakeholder management skills are expected.
� Advanced skills in MS Office
