In this position you will join an industry leading Ethernet IP & SOC design team that is responsible for the design and development engineering for the Intel Ethernet Products Group (EPG) Ethernet Controller products
You will become a leader in a talented ASIC silicon design team. Responsibilities include delivering results for high-speed IO and mixed-signal IP integration, robust power delivery design and validation, and optimizing the SOC specifications for supply rails, power delivery, and process technology characteristics.
Responsibilities may include: the design of chip layout circuit design, circuit checking, package and system design and validation, device evaluation and characterization, documentation of specifications, prototype construction and checkout, modification and evaluation of semiconductor devices and components, performing developmental and/or test work, reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams, planning and organizing design projects or phases of design projects. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Masters/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or other related field of study.
10+ years in related Circuit and Silicon design engineering.
Expertise in Circuit Design, process technology, high-speed signaling, network design, and signal and power integrity. Experience using industry tools and methods for design and validation. Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communications skills and ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level. Strong Experience with industry high speeds networking silicon and system design preferred.
