Analog Design Engineer

Job Description

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Analog circuit design of various SerDes blocks needed for 58G (CTLE, DFE, TX, high-speed digital, regulator, bias)
  • Actively participate in design reviews of another designer’s work
  • Evaluate technology performance and suitability for 58G design
  • Close collaboration with layout team to optimize circuit performance
  • Close collaboration with digital team to validate system functionality


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ year of experience in:

  • Analog circuit design
  • Circuit simulation using hspice, finesim, spectre
  • Scripting - Perl, python
  • RTL/Verilog
  • PLL/CDR operation
  • SerDes design architecture
