The Intel Silicon Engineering Group delivers SOCs, Cores and Critical IPs to build industry leading products that target multiple market segments for Intel. These segments include the traditional, but highly segmented markets of Client compute, Data Center compute, and the emerging markets for Intel like Networking and AI.
Chief of Staff and Operations - SEG
In this role, the leader is responsible for enabling multiple technology teams that deliver SOCs and IPs across Intel's Client, Data Center, IoT, AI, etc., portfolio of products. The leader is responsible for leading the operations of a worldwide 8000 person organization with an annual budget of about $1.4B. This team operates in 6 different countries with approximately 16 sites.
Candidate will set the vision and direction for the direct team as well as the 100+ employee indirect team and lead strategies that deliver both transformational change as well as continuous improvement at all times across all vectors of responsibility.
They will set up systems, processes, tools and infrastructure to enable the achievement of and visibility to the hard business goals like quality, schedule, cost, features, etc., and the organizational and cultural goals like achieving Intel's Diversity and Inclusion goals and ensuring that our employees have a world class environment to work in from day to day.
Must demonstrate the ability to work and lead across organizational boundaries and key partners will include Finance, Legal, Facilities management, Training, Communications, HR and other BU Operations teams.

� Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
� 15+ years of experience in leading operations in a high velocity and high change company.
� Must have an executive presence in engaging with Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President Officer level with constructive confrontation and collaboration and proven results in helping large organizations run at their full potential.
� Master of Business Administration preferred
