AT Planning Operation Admin
The ATP operation admin provides administrative support to the Planners. Some examples include incoming die tracking, indicator publication, product set up support, data extraction, die relocation coordination, Materials expedite/follow ups and others as deemed appropriate.
The ATP operation admin may also hold mature product management that is simple to manage with basic task commensurate to the person's grade and capability. Example of task includes ensuring sufficient supply to support L3/L1 commit and response to factory and division's planning request (pullin/pushout, upsides, quarter end revenue optimization, early closure) in a timely manner. The task is limited to simple mature products where product is pending to move to VLTP (Very Low Touch Planning).
ATP operation admin may pick up admin assistant task as well depending on assignment received. In this role, it will be to support the managers' assigned. Some task includes calendaring, FTF scheduling, interview support, travel arrangement, meeting minute scriber, liaison with Corporate Services (CS) on cubicle space, new hire coordination, GPTW event coordination, etc.
This require the person with strong attention to details, good organizing skills, team player, manage confidentiality, with commitment and discipline in carrying out the task. The person may be required to do simple coordination, participate in team, drive for CIP in the work place, and communicate to planners and the planning managers he/she supports. Knowledge of Planning and Manufacturing environment, knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
