Quality Engineer

Job Description

  • Data analysis and visualization: Background in programming (Python, Java script, SQL preferred) to pull data from various databases and create automated visualization dashboards after thorough understanding of data pulled.
  • Accounting of Quality events and tracking of effective closures.
  • Working with manufacturing team on execution error trends.
  • Follow-up with modules on fact based root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Active engagement in excursions, attending meetings, work with various teams to understand containment and gap closure plans.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:

  • Self-motivated, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic/ambiguous environment.
  • Able to interact in a team environment, being collaborative and foster safety practice in work.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

  • Master's degree in an accredited science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) discipline in one of the following majors: Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology
  • 6 months knowledge and/or experience
