Formal Verification Research Intern

Job Description

Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of school work, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum requirements:


- The candidate must be pursuing a Ph.D. degree related to formal methods for software and/or hardware verification for a period of two years.
- +1 year of practical experience of developing and/or using formal verification tools for software and/or hardware.
- + 2 years of good software engineering skills in Python, C/C++/C#.

Preferred qualifications:


- Experience on:

  • applying formal verification techniques to industrial-scale problems.
  • computer architecture, system architecture and compiler design.
  • research domain-specific applications such as machine learning, security, etc.
