A candidate for a student position in Learning & Development org in Intel, who has not yet graduated and is working towards MBA or MA degree in psychology - organizational behavior, HR, sociology or work studies.
The candidate will be a member in Europe Learning & Development team, will support in executing the team's learning solutions by providing logistic support and will represent the campus in the wider Learning & Development operational organization.
As part of the student's ownership there are budget management, content related support (such as exploring relevant researches, articles, etc.) , data analysis, event planning and work with local and global HR and training reps.
MBA or MA degree studies in psychology - organizational behavior, HR, sociology or work studies with balance of at least 1.5 years before graduating.
Ability to work 4 days a week.
Ability to work in a global virtual environment.
Excellent English (writing and speaking)
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to manage and be managed by multiple stakeholders and to work in collaboration.
Good team player Independence Strong drive for success.
Experience in training delivery – an advantage.
