SPTD Pathfinding Undergrad Intern

Job Description

The Substrate Packaging Technology Development (SPTD) undergraduate intern will support fabrication of pathfinding test vehicles for enabling next generation packaging substrate building blocks.

  • The project scope includes tracking lots and supporting experiments at various processing steps such as lithography, plating and etching.
  • The intern will partner with segment integration and module engineers to execute experiments and analyze data in support of process development activities across different modules.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum

  • The candidate should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 months experience with data analysis tools and must have team work communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments of the organization.
