Memory compiler product support engineer
The position is part of the technology enablement group (TEG) focused on providing library IP solutions, including standard cells, memories, and efuse, and other design collateral to the entire company.
We work in a highly collaborative environment, interfacing with design teams throughout Intel in a fast paced environment where thinking out of the box is encouraged and rewarded. Your role is focused on supporting the product design teams with a wide range of topics related to the memory compilers and library generation according to the specification of the product needs. The position will concentrate on improving product KPIs like power, performance and area. You will implement memory compilers in our automated library generation flow, take care of optimizer setup and run quality assurance tests on the libraries. Additionally you will be responsible for direct product support.
Key skills :
- Good knowledge of verilog, vhdl, upf
- programming languages perl, python are a must.
- basic knowledge of verification (vcs, vclp)
- basic knowledge of digital backend design (dc, pt, icc2)
- Excellent communication skills
