Technical Program Management Undergrad Intern

Job Description

Die Prep & Assembly Technology Development (DATD) is looking for a highly motivated individual to sustain, ramp, and transfer new technologies using state of the art equipment and materials.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:

  • Provide updates on a project schedule and budget. Integrate data from multiple teams into an indicator reflecting past performance and projecting future performance.
  • Ability to identify and escalate gaps from past or future performance.
  • Ability to partner with different business groups to achieve one goal. Groups range production, engineering, to design/construction community.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.


  • Full time student pursuing a bachelor's of science degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Material Science or Microelectronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Optical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Bio Medical or related field.
  • 3 months experience
  • Must maintain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA over the course of the internship
