Parametric Test Module Engineers are responsible for leading engineering development in partnership with device engineers to generate parametric characterization of discrete test structures that reflect fab process health, designing, executing and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process, participating in development of intellectual property, development of the equipment necessary to enable the test contents needed for technology development (in collaboration with equipment suppliers), owning or being engaged in the test program development and improvement, handling the daily issues with test systems and operations in order to provide the large volume of high quality data for R&D fab process development, working effectively with the equipment supplier to identify shortcomings, propose and evaluate hardware modification to mitigate issues and develop novel solutions, collaborating with other Intel test sites to drive the test quality and sustaining excellence.
This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly
