Platform Execution, Enabling and Debug (Hardware Engineer)
Responsible for the platform and system validation lab operation executions, product readiness deliverables, enabling, debug and staff augmentation or outsource management. Expected to work directly with key iVE teams such as FVCPD, VEE, AVE, PnP, MVS, IT/Lab automation and anyone who works in the system & platform lab to define their needs/requirements and establish the operational SLA. Work collectively with product leads/ owners, and all lab dependents to meet product roadmap requirements. Ensure Power On readiness, system/ board readiness, collaterals, and spare management. Own lab/ floor operation executions, performance management, execute line item commitments and establish lab standards. Drive lab space and platform rack usage efficiency and lab standardizations. Coordinate with lab stakeholders and CS of defining facility base build requirements for flawless platform hook up and startup. Be a lab point of contact to the system/platform engineering team and accountable for the lab-quality issue, After Action Review and defines process or system as the means for people to the response. Establish a visual system to help or engage the team.
Inside this Business Group
Master or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics or Computer Engineering.
Good understanding of platform components and system architecture.
Basic knowledge of Programming languages skills in python scripting will be an advantage
Ability to perform Si debug using test and measurement instruments, such as oscilloscope, firmware programmer, and etc.
Excellent problem solving, technical leadership, project management, and communication skills
Good to have knowledge of New Product Introductions (NPI) and Product Life Cycle (PLC)
