Sales Operation Analyst

Job Description

-Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
-Support and provide service for direct (TAMs) and extended sales team (distribution and rep); including quote management, order flow and tracking, Design Registrations management, POS Split tables adjusted, sales support for regional customers, and system data record management through multiple systems (including CIS, SFDC, SEP, DSS).
-Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to achieve mutual objectives.
-Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and the company's supply strategies.
-Develops and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions.
-Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.
-Develop plans and implement support processes for best in class servicing and efficiently accelerating sales with Intel direct and extended sales teams.
-Other responsibilities will include working with Regional Sales Manager and Regional Field Application Engineer Manager in supporting territory operations, sales initiatives and plans, design pipeline, sales progress and team activities.


Qualifications

-BA/BS in Business or equivalent with a minimum of 2-year experience in Sales Operation Analyst or Customer Service.
-Strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize daily activities.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills. Communicates in an efficient and professional manner with external or internal parties (includes customers, distributors, sales, operations, marketing, and finance).
-Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel tools capabilities including pivot tables, macros, charts, and developing reports from database structures.
-Positive attitude towards work, self-motivated, independent.
-Be able to make solid business decisions in a timely manner by involving the appropriate team members and/or management.
-Excellent organization, and team-oriented.
