CXS Analytics Manager Voice of the Customer

Job Description

As the Analytics Manager responsible for our Voice of the Customer analysis, you'll lead our efforts to derive meaningful customer insights through data, partnering with senior leaders across the company so we can be successful in achieving our goals and measuring our performance.

You'll have deep technical skills and a real passion for helping Intel make data-informed decisions. You'll be fearless, independent, and excited about having a big impact in a growing team. You'll come with a strong understanding of the technology landscape, customer support, community management, marketing research, digital analytics, as well as the ability to tell a compelling story with data.

As a successful candidate your responsibilities may include:

  • Develop a robust understanding of Intel's Businesses, Audiences and their Customer Journeys
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales leadership and key, cross-functional partners to determine Intel's VoC needs. Translate business questions, concerns, and challenges into customer information requirements.
  • Review customer experiences through digital footprint, lead nurturing, sales pipeline and other sources of engagement.
  • Synthesize raw information into an understanding of customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Recommend and drive a course of action (e.g. new experiences, messaging, engagement strategies, etc.).
  • Educate and raise awareness of the value of VoC insights across the organization.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience of diving deep into customer journeys to understand and empathize with customer pain points and identify opportunities with respect to customer engagement, business strategy, and quality of service.
  • Experience in global vendor management (research, incentive, and recruiting)
  • Experience with survey design (online, phone, mail), data collection
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting a mix of qualitative and quantitative data, constructing compelling narratives, and providing recommendations on complex topics.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques and working knowledge of statistics concepts.
  • Experience in manipulating and analyzing data (added bonus if experienced in SQL, R, Python).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and commitments.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of related experience in marketing / sales analytics
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer research-focused roles (e.g. Voice of Customer, Market Research, Primary & Secondary Research, Customer Insights / Analytics).
  •  This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a business that is in Technology and B2B
  • Experience creating and sharing dashboards / data visualizations (e.g. Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI).
  • Experience creating and/or maintaining web pages or Wikis.
