Inside this Business Group
� BS, MS, or PhD degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field with 15+ years of experience in silicon design development
� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and work effectively with a team
� Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and conclusions in easily understandable way to Senior Management
Additionally, the following is strongly preferred:
� Expert knowledge of Intel/non-Intel fab process technology, best-in-class SoC design practices, and post-Si debug techniques
� A proven track record of multiple successful product deliveries on Intel or non-Intel fab processes
