We are looking for an inspiring leader with the following skills and experience:
� More than 15 years of experience in cross HR COEs, with at least 10 years of experience in Business HR.
� Capability of operating in a fast paced, highly demanding, challenging work environment with tremendous opportunities to impact Intel's technological competitive edge.
� Demonstrated business and strategic acumen: translates internal and external intelligence into insights that shape strategy and decision making, drives the organization to be ahead of the competition and influence innovative ways of doing business, drives transformational changes in our approach to business challenges, and continually assesses the external environment and the organizations readiness for change.
� Executive Presence, Organizational Leadership, and Relationship Management: Provides executive leadership and direction to HR teams, ability to manage matrixed relationships, drive strategy execution through influencing, and through exquisite stakeholder management. Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with executive leaders, and to influence actions and growth beyond their comfort zone, yet be able to challenge biz leaders and have difficult conversations constructively and boldly.
� Ability to represent Intel in external settings and role model culture to external stakeholders.
� Leads with integrity, honesty and is ethical, fair and principled: assumes responsibility: has high integrity, leads with an ethos of neutrality to act as a sounding board for HR Staff, Business leaders and able to pulse the culture & sentiment of the site.
� Possess a Masters in Human Resources, Organization Development, MBA or related field.
