Must possess a Master/ Ph.D. with + 3 years of experience in an Engineering and/or Science discipline such as Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, and the following skills/experience:
3+ years of extensive experience in any of the following: Optics, Photonics, SiP, Lasers, or III/V compound.
3+ years of experience of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.

SOI wafers and waveguide-based processing for optical interconnects
Expertise in process integration and development including Ge based PD and III-V processes
Demonstrated experience to work with external and internal partners.
Applied research or Product/Process Development experience.
