Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Supports operational and compliance processes, projects and/or systems that are focused on development, implementation or improvements of internal products and services. Supports the operations team and key interfaces with various projects or programs. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, and manage project requirements from beginning to end. Uses sound judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. Supports document creation, organization and control processes. Able to work autonomously.


Qualifications

Experience in data management, project management, enterprise systems administration, and/or process/document control preferable. Experience with supporting diverse and high-volume employee programs in private industry a plus.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary, work both independently and as a member of a larger team, and handle confidential information. Ability to work effectively across teams and geographies, and communicate with external and internal partners while maintaining data privacy/security and program compliance. Excellent logic reasoning and people skills. Must possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and enjoy customer service.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any relevant fields.
