Mobileye-Intel's Automated Driving group in Haifa is looking for an expert DFT Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly talented engineers, working on one of the most cutting edge technologies - Autonomous vehicle development.

We have spent more than 15 years developing the world's most advanced driver assistance systems and we are now leading the computer vision and machine learning domain.

Job Overview:
As a DFT expert engineer you will be joining a newly formed DFT team that is about to deliver cutting edge products for the automotive market. You will be working with very advanced DFT tools and features, you will take part in setting new DFT methodologies and techniques required to address Automotive and safety products. You will define the DFT requirements, develop and deploy DFT environments and bring them up through simulation and validation.


What are we looking for?
If you are a DFT expert interested in the exciting DFT for Automotive SoC challenge, your place is with us!

- Expert in either SCAN or MBIST tools and flows
- At least 3 years of DFT experience in both SCAN & MBIST
- At least 8 years of experience in the ASIC/SoC industry
- Knowledge of Hierarchical SCAN methodology
- Knowledge of Logic BIST (LBIST) and Test Point Insertion (TPI) flows
- Knowledge of TAP protocols IEEE 1149.1/1500/1687 (iJTAG)
- Knowledge in Automotive industry FuSa (Functional Safety)
- Knowledge of synthesis flow
- Excellent communication skills
- BSEE/MSEE is required

Advantage: Strong skills in scripting python/Tcl/perl
