Must have a bachelor's or a Maters/ PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field.

3+ years previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
Experience with design of experiments (DOE) principles
Experience in data analysis and statistical process control (JMP, SQL, PCS)
Fundamental understanding of Etest structures, Sort bins, Class test, device characteristics, product architecture and process interactions
Understands concepts of process capability, true spec, and variance
Knowledge of one or more of the following engineering disciplines: Process Integration, Design, Modeling, and/or Process Engineering.
