-Master’s degree at minimum in a prestigious college, majoring in law, international politics, economics etc.
-Pervious working experience in Chinese gov’t is a must, central gov’t department is preferred
-Minimum 10 years working experience a government relations or public affairs role, experience working in a matrixed business environment or ICT industry is preferred.
-Track record in successful relationship building, and a willingness to dedicate time and effort to broadening and deepening those networks.
-Deep knowledge of trade, technology and economic policy making and legislative processes at the central and provincial levels.
-Good English communication skills both in oral and writing.
-Fluency in Chinese and English, exceptional written and oral communications skills .
-Proficient in the usage of technology in daily work, excellent computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
-A team player.
