Position description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • Coordinate with all cafe vendors in maintaining high-level of service in the cafe
  • Data management of sales, feedbacks and inputs coming from various communications channels (Web tool, approved social media on-site & surveys)
  • Monitor daily cafe supplier performance especially during peak serving periods.
  • Design and provide communications and marketing materials based on approved Intel standards
  • Keep abreast in all communications and information related to cafe and fitness operations
  • Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly front of house and back of house audits. Ensure cafe supplier adheres to HACCP and government food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Assist in the management of CS Cafe events, service improvement programs and innovations.
  • Assist in solving customer complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring supplier performance, operational issues to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting all incidents to the Cafe Program Manager.
  • Keep abreast in all communications and information related to cafe and fitness operations
  • Monitor service standards for all employee related cafe and fitness services.
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
- 3rd or 4th year university student who is taking Hotel & Restaurant or Management/ Business Related Courses
- Able to communicate in English (Level: Intermediate both reading & writing)
- Strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
With Marketing back ground or related field. Computer literate (intermediate level: Power point, excel & photo shop)
