Education - BS/MS in CS/CE. Experience - BS+6 yrs or MS+4 yrs. Job is performing release/devops responsibilities for SW releases. Essential qualification - the release/devops engineer is expected to own all activities pertaining to making a release. Primary responsibilities include working with development, validation, and project stakeholders to understand release requirements; Designing and implementing a Jenkins-based CI system to build/test/report, meeting all requirements; Troubleshooting and fixing issues associated with the automation infrastructure, including root causing intermittent issues; Developing and maintaining IP plans, including inbound and outbound licenses; Analyzing BOM changes and understand their impact on legal and security compliance; Driving legal, export, and security compliance by interfacing with various internal and external teams; Interfacing with lab manager to forecast equipment needs; Interfacing with IT to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues; Working with stakeholders to write release notes; Interfacing with SQA to ensure all release collaterals are met to enable releases
