In this position you will be part of a Pre Si design quality and reliability group supporting CPU and Hard IPs on the most advanced Intel processes.
You will be responsible for pre-Si verification and execution of simulation in the design phase as well as developing new design quality and reliability methods, flows and tools on IP and SOC VLSI circuit projects.
Establish overall partnership with design teams in Hard IPs and SOCs. Key tasks include project management, providing technical guidance to design teams and more junior team members and executing pre-silicon design modeling, correct-by-construction, simulation, verification tasks to mitigate circuit marginalities in areas of physical design, RV and PV.
Design knowledge in the area of device aging, Interconnect Reliability and ESD/LU is a plus.
An important aspect of the role will be to assess risks associated with design/process marginalities and drive resolution with partners from the design, architecture and manufacturing teams.
