One of the AMAZING groups is - the WiFi group. This group provides the best performing Wi-Fi at a competitive cost structure and allows Intel Wi-Fi to drive market transitions and achieve the #1 market share in PC connectivity solutions. We are consistently driving new levels of performance accompanied by market differentiating features such as Wi-Fi Direct and Wireless Display that are now an integral part of Wi-Fi ecosystem, and is complemented today by other Intel unique features such as WiGig wireless docking.

The role
You will be part of a Wi-Fi development team developing wifi products for Linux platforms. The team is part of Wireless Connectivity Solutions whom responsible for Wireless products for Intel and non Intel based platforms.
The team responsible for the development of software solution for the Wifi products in the IA/non IA based UltraBooks/Laptops and various platforms operating Linux based OS.
We are looking for enthusiastic, top of the line Linux/embedded Software developers, with a real passion to Linux kernel/embedded development and integration for large scale, complex systems.
 
What you will do?
You will take part in developing Device drivers and software under Linux and/Or Embedded and will be part of the WiFi Core Development Group.
Among your tasks, you will take part in design, developing and leading new Wifi features till the actual feature delivery and integration over the target platform/s and work with the open source community.
This includes bugs analyzing and fixing while working with internal and external customers.
Team work is one of our value where each team member has his expertise and experience to contribute and support other team members with their tasks.
Expertise and Product system view acquired and expended as you  gain more experience in various tasks in various disciplines.


Qualifications

What we are looking for?/Qualifications:

 BSC/MSC student Computer science or Computer Engineering.

Availability for at least 3 work days a week.
