Creative and Experience Manager

Job Description

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

-Planning and/or production of creative assets (video, animation, photography, graphic design) for corporate marketing and communications needs.

-Ensure the agency delivers to the business world-class communications, strategy, and solutions that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.

-Guide External Agency Planning team to develop creative briefs and project mapping, ensuring that proper strategic direction is developed and maintained throughout the creative process.

-Develop a deep understanding of Intel technologies and communication vehicles to help shape marketing/communications strategy.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and business unit marketers across Intel GEOs.

-Work closely with creative leads to make sure creative is developed on strategy, time, and budget.

-Partner with marketing teams to align on objectives, programs, KPIs, and creative teams to execute on creative briefs, agency partners, and global partners as needed.

-Present creative in partnership with CD and external agencies.

-Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

-Broad skill set, with experience in communications spanning social/digital and broadcast as well as print, plus deep understanding of integrated campaigns and optimizing their architecture and rollout.

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and manage expectations of all groups affected.

-Ability to understand and translate marketing objectives and strategies clearly and concisely in partnership with external agency.

-Willing to develop and maintain strong relationships across teams and with external partners.

-Must have strong leadership skills.

-Must be a natural communicator with strong written and presentation skills.

-Early adopter of technology. Using products with Intel technology is key to understanding the product benefits.

-Sense of humor: we like to have fun while we work.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of advertising experience required, preferably including experience at a top-tier agency.
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
