As part of the Fab28 Learning & Capabilities team you will develop and deliver learning solutions to support technical knowledge upskilling of our professional technical population (engineers and MSs) at Fab28 Intel plant in Kiryat Gat.
The development work will deal with the characterization and analysis of learning processes, the definition of training programs, the development of training materials (presentations and coursework), and evaluation of acquired knowledge and monitoring of training.
The student will work closely with the content experts within the organization, while adapting the training programs to the dynamic needs of the organization.
Ideally practical experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources (IDF background a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences / Management Sciences / Industry and Management [Good Source: Holon HIT BA / BS in Training Programs]
Advantage of previous experience / acquaintance with training areas - training development
MS Office - with emphasis on Excel, Power Point, StoryLine (a plus); video editing applications
Experience in managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary tasks / preferably for training from the IDF, etc.
English at a very good level and teamwork
Ability to work 4 days a week
