Change Management Technician

Job Description

Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, of design circuitry, electro-mechanical systems, or specialized test equipment. Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research work. May perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated commitment, integrity, teamwork, and execution
  • Assistance in developing and implementing change management methodologies to enhance fab performance.
  • Good understanding of fab software applications, such as (MES, SPC, Station Controllers, APC, Equipment Tracking, Etc.)
  • Experience in Fab data flow and tool/host communication
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and use new software applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Education and Experience:

Education and Experience: Candidate must have 5+ years’ work experience. Candidate should possess a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree; or equivalent training.
