Product Development Operations Manager

Job Description
The Operations Manager supports to the Vice President of NSG's Storage Controller Engineering Group with the goal of maximizing the performance of the engineering organization. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Operational support for a multi-site engineering organization including planning and facilitation of staff and face-to-face meeting planning and followup.
- Coordination of yearly budgeting and planning activities and ongoing tracking of performance against budget
- POR HC management (hiring/training) and development of yearly HC models against POR deliverables
- Support of people development activities including the yearly focal process and skills tracking
- Organizational communications including quarterly open forums
- Support and coordination of Operational Excellence initiatives process improvement activities and initiatives
- Formation and tracking of key operational indicators (definition, ratification, tracking)


Skills required for this role include (but not limited to):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience relevant to the skills and responsibilities of the job description
- Analytical problem solving
- Stakeholder management within org and across NSG teams
- Basic knowledge and experience in Intel finance and budgeting
- Experience with performance management and legal processes and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Project management
- Experience in facilitation, leadership and the organizing and building of high performing teams.
- Previous experience with product development or supporting product development organizations is strongly preferred
