Techincal Support Group Integrator

Job Description
Must possess strong analytical skills and at the same time has strong leadership to work across department.
Responsible to design, develop & deploy safe, efficient & sustainable manufacturing system/processes in supporting factory's goal, facilitate & lead improvements activities
Responsible to plan for synchronized preventive maintenance and at the same time to ensure production activity stays optimum.
Responsible to analyze tool/machine data/information to understand the problem/gap and drive for the closure, monitor downtime , assist , highlight for action and close monitor the closure, identify gaps and provide recommended solutions to close the gaps
Drive effective Quality/Safety Incident preventive action.
Establish and deploy core equipment data assist system in driving Operation teams' accountability and traceability
Work closely with technical experts to establish effective knowledge sharing and continue to up-skill equipment technician team competency.
Spare parts management and analysis to ensure maintenance team operating and meeting weekly spare cost target.


Qualifications

- Degree in Computer science and/or manufacturing
- Working experience between 3-5 years in applicable field and experience in manufacturing line is an advantage.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal instructions
- Effectively able to connect with the virtual factory (VF) when it will be applicable
- Utilize project management skills to lead improvement efforts effectively across all levels and groups
- Strong technical problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment across multiple groups
- Strong project management skills in driving/tracking program milestones, identifying and resolving issues. Strong tolerance of ambiguity.
