Corporate Analyst Relations Manager

Job Description

Are you a communications professional who is looking for a unique opportunity to develop and drive an effective corporate analyst relations program at one of the world’s leading companies?

Intel Corporation is seeking a highly motivated communications professional for a high-impact role in its Global Communications organization. This self-starter should exhibit a proven track record in analyst relations for the semiconductor or related technology industry.

The successful candidate will join the Media & Influencer Relations team as the Analyst Relations team leader, and act as the liaison between Intel and the analyst community to share information, foster relationships, gather market insights, and shape perceptions in support of the company’s goals and objectives.

Through relationship building, regular analyst dialogue/engagement, customer testimonials, events and more, the candidate will work with colleagues in the Corporate Strategy Office, Global Marketing and Communications (GMC) and Business Organizations to drive a consistent narrative and shape perception of Intel's leadership role among key analysts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively collaborate across the strategy office, GMC, Business Groups and Global Communications to ensure alignment on corporate priorities and desired deliverables.
  • Develop strategic plan (prioritization, events, outcomes), and processes to ensure ongoing communication and education of Intel’s corporate narrative, including executive mapping and engagements.
  • Engage deeply with analysts to deliver quality information, influence analyst perception and secure positive outcomes (short list impact, analyst reports, blogs, whitepapers, media quotes); while also opening channels for outside feedback.
  • Successfully counsel executives on analyst strategy, plans and issues management; proactively suggesting research topics.
  • Play a leadership role on an annual Industry Analyst Summit.
  • Tactically execute integrated and multi-faceted AR plans for events, tours, industry conferences, and more.
  • Oversee budget, analysis and recommendations for purchased analyst research services.
  • Support the corporate communications team in other PR-related programs and activities.
  • Facilitating information exchange with partner organizations, product analyst relations, business group communications, and more.


Preferred Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations or communications; an MBA or master’s degree in marketing or communications is a plus.

Ideal Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology AR for business-to-business communications a must, preferably for another Fortune 500 firm.
  • Strong business acumen; understanding of Intel and its business, semiconductor industry players.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure relevancy by “connecting-the-dots” and effectively map Intel’s business objectives to conversations in the marketplace. 
  • Prior experience working with senior executives on communications strategy.
  • A rich mix of communications experience is preferred, such as strategy and message development and tactical execution.
  • Proven project and business management skills.
  • Polished communications and collaboration.
  • Experience at both a PR agency and on the client-side is a plus.
