An AzFSM Shift Group Leader (GL) works a compressed schedule and reports directly to an Area Manager. The GL will be responsible for the performance, development, and employee relations of technicians. The group leader will be responsible for creating and executing a roadmap to meet goals against area/shift metrics in safety, quality, availability, cost, and training. Candidate will also be a role model for the culture and set the standard for expectations to living the culture.
Candidate must possess at a minimum a Bachelor degree with at least five years of work experience in wafer fabrication. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years P1268, P1270 and/or P1272 wafer fabrication experience. Technical experience with the Metals' toolsets is desirable. Key skill sets required include good knowledge of process flow, equipment troubleshooting and Model Based Problem Solving skills.
Additional qualifications include:
Demonstrated ability to interact with manufacturing/engineering technicians on toolsets and vendor field service engineering support.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, tolerance of ambiguity, and commitment to task.
Must have technical and/or engineering expertise within the Semiconductor manufacturing industry and be able to provide technical direction on quality issues.
Must have strong data analysis skills.
Demonstrated the capability of working in a high performing team culture which includes: setting high expectations, driving accountability to those expectations with a high sense of urgency, role modeling the desired culture, possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills, demonstrated problem solving and prioritization skills, and driving high performance maintenance goals for the group.
