AMR Regional & RDSM Services Manager (I/C)

As the AMR Regional & RDSM Services Manager, you will deliver consistent, outstanding workplace experiences throughout the region. You are a great communicator both verbally and in written form-not only in working with your team, but also in reaching out to the thousands of employees benefiting from CS services. You are able to build a strategy with a clear roadmap, drive execution to milestone goals, and effectively communicate your plans and progress to senior management. Your enthusiasm, dedication and collaborative approach will energize and inspire your matrixed team to deliver with excellence. You know data is key to understanding performance, and you use analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include envisioning, creating and executing a strategic plan encompassing our global services strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of these services throughout the region by leading a regional, matrixed team across multiple sites. You will conduct periodic on-site audits and partner with the sites to improve upon existing services. You will utilize strategic thinking and independent leadership in program development and execution. You will also demonstrate the ability to solve problems and work with minimal direction. You will actively network and integrate information and perspectives from multiple sources-internal and external to Intel-to drive program success. In additional to driving the regional strategy, this individual will serve as the acting Site Services Specialist supporting the RDSM locations which include Austin, Hudson, San Diego, and dozens of leased locations in the U.S. and Canada. This part of the role is new-the RDSM team has not had a dedicated services specialist previously-and is critical to the effort to ensure CS services reach the broad RDSM customer base.
You will create, implement and manage standards and playbooks to support the program. You will establish audit processes and ensure they are fully implemented. You will establish feedback mechanisms and data analytics and leverage them for continuous program improvement. You will create inspiring and creative marketing strategies to build awareness of, engagement with, and enthusiasm for our services. You will collaborate with peers to help drive consistency and best practices. You will benchmark both internally and externally to constantly inform the program ideation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Marketing or similar.
  • +5 years of experience in driving innovative, customer-oriented solutions, projects and programs with cross-site stakeholders & contributors to set direction, priorities, and executable plans.
  • Recent or current CS experience and knowledge of CS systems and processes will be considered a plus factor when evaluating candidates for this position.
