Logisitics Hub Manager

Job Description
1. Be responsible for 3PL MOB (CSI, GPI, Billing, audit, BCP, POR etc), ensure hub operation excellence. On the top to manage Crisis communication and coordinate with relevant party for BCP plan. 2. Be responsible for supplier performance management. Proactive develop systematically solution to drive performance improvement plan. 3. Be the owner to lead or support Hub related project such as ODM start up, inventory control, new customer start up, Cost saving, new business. 4. Be the budget owner in 3PL hub and drive 3PL cost reduction. 5.Partner with Contract renew/bid/supplier transition analysis and provide operation feedback and support. Influence and drive hub related 3PL cost reduction via contract activity.


Be responsible for key indicator. Eg: CDD, CGID, POD, ECI, ICI, Cost/box, WOI,TPT, billing accuracy, audit finding, cost saving etc. Need to on top to manage each indicator. If some shipment failure, need to proactive drive supplier on the containment plan to avoid miss.
Timely escalation to stakeholder if the case cannot be solved. Proactively engaged with stakeholder for the plan and resolution. If crisis coming, please give manager a heads-up before sending out crisis notification.
Be operation expertise. Be familiar about customs regulation. Closely work with CPLSS to drive contract issue closure and ensure contract cost efficiency.Continue build up logistics/supply chain knowledge. Be expert on how to select the best in class CL suppliers
Proactive drive operation improvement such as cost saving, process improvement, supplier performance improvement etc. Drive systematically solution instead of short plan. Well documented any changes on the process and archive.
Be open and express your thoughts. Be vocal in the meeting to express the idea and address concerns/help needed. Help the project team to find out a solutions to process.
Sensitive on data. Easy to comment on the data when see the difference. Understand the rationale behind the data.
Proactive document meeting minutes and confidence to chair the meeting if it is related to your operation.
Benchmarking with other operations and BKM learning. Be able to lead and implementation.
Leadership & organizational capability: continuously build up leadership and influence capability during working with multiple stakeholders, to drive result as expected with effective organization, strong opinion and clear voice-out.
Expected to continuously learn and practice by obtaining knowledge and experience of solid biz acumen, and cultivate mature thinking and hold a wider viewpoint when developing solution in systematical way.
