Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description
Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives. Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and the company's supply strategies. Forecasts revenue dollar commitments to the corporation. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Approves and executes pricing exceptions. Develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions, including compliance measurement. Determines CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations system requirements to support the business processes, working with IT. Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.


University graduate with Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, Science or Arts degree (M.B.A. preferred).
-Three to five years of relevant business experience.
