PSG IoT Technical Sales Specialist

Job Description
As an PSG IoT Technical Sales Specialist, you will be leading efforts across multiple sales teams throughout the world to deliver architectural recommendations & solution deployments in support of PSG AME business unit strategy. Target vertical segments include: energy, industrial, manufacturing, military, test/measurement, retail and automotive inclusive of end users customers. You will need to align and collaborate prospective partners on PSG AME architecture.

This role will collaborate closely with the spectrum of IoT value chain members including but not limited to: system integrators, solution integrators, solution providers, ISVs & service providers, OEMs/ODM and all Intel sales organizations.

Cross-region travel may be required.


The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Understand market trend, industry need and customer pain points associated with PSG AME's strategy.

Working closely with PSG AME to position and deliver their strategy to the IOT customer value chain.

Collaborating with partners across the IOT customer continuum to deliver compelling solutions aligned with PSG AME strategy.

Evangelizing and winning the embedded architecture decisions in focused areas and accounts by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on Intel and its fellow travelers' products and services.

Building relationships with key account executives, understanding customer business problems, helping them solve their problems and build business capabilities through the use of PSG AME-based solutions, therefore positioning Intel as the thought leader in solving challenging business problems.

Engaging technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and business leaders of existing and potential customers to drive awareness and early adoption of new PSG AME Intel technologies, platforms and products.

BS in Computer Science/Engineering, EE or related technical field

5+ years of FPGA technical sales experience

5+ years of customer facing technical sales & support experience

Understanding of a variety of related technologies in the space of industrial IOT, including but not limited to: TSN, OPCUA, Dl/AI, Security,

Understanding of a variety of hardware platforms including PLC, DCU, DCS, SCS, Industrial I/O device, SCADA system, Sever, Edge Compute, and embedded devices.

Experience in working with end customers and ecosystem partners.

Able to setup and demonstrate system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on Hardware and Software Environments, as well as heterogeneous systems environments

Familiarity with IoT ecosystem partners

Self-starter with a positive can do attitude, experiences working in a multicultural environment, ability to communicate ideas clearly both orally & in writing to executive staff & technical staff

Prior account ownership experience is a plus

Familiarity with Intel's customers and products
