Job Description
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Directs the development of company channels marketing programs. These activities may include planning, developing, and implementing programs for distributors, reseller, international promotions and marketing. Responsible for the assessment of distribution channels and promotional programs. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel


- MBA or Master degree of business management or marketing related
- Minimum 5 years retail and channel sales and marketing experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Marketing program develop and management skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to deliver both tactical and long-term priorities business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Quickly learning with the fast changing retail environment
- Experience working internationally including experience working with US key stakeholder
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
